I need a smaller or different license. Can I switch?

Of course. Upgrading is something you can do yourself, in your account. To downgrade to a smaller license (e.g. from a multi-site license to a single site license), or to switch to a different type of license, just contact me.

A downgrade takes effect when your current plan expires. Until then, you keep using your current plan.

To help me process your request quickly, please include:

• Your license key or order number. You can find both in your account area.
• The license you’d like to switch to.
