Your site connects directly to Brevo’s API, using your own Brevo API key. Your customers’ details are sent from your site to Brevo, and nowhere else.

Have you enabled authorised IPs in your Brevo account? Then add your server’s IP address to it, or Brevo will refuse the connection.
