This could be for several reasons:
Have you checked if your font is available on Google Fonts?
Is your font listed as an open source font, or is it a premium font? For obvious reasons, OMGF only has access to open source fonts.
Your font’s name was changed, if so, please send in a support ticket, so we can figure out the new name and I can add support for it to OMGF.
