Known Issues with other plugins/themes

It’s impossible to test OMGF (Pro) with all WordPress Plugins available on the market. That’s why, as I (or other users) find issues/solutions with other plugins I will add them here. Found one? Let me know!

Plugin/Theme Name Issue Solution
Amelia Booking OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. None. You can disable Google Fonts in the plugin by navigating to Amelia > Settings and set Font Family to User Defined and leave the Family and URL fields empty.
Asset Cleanup (Pro) OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure Settings > Google Fonts > Combine Multiple Requests into Fewer Ones is disabled.
Astra (Pro) Unloaded fonts are still loaded Make sure Appearance > Customize > Performance > Load Google Fonts locally is disabled.
Autoptimize OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Set Optimize Google Fonts to Leave as is.
Avada OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Modify the theme’s configuration as listed here.
Custom Icons for Elementor (by Michael Bourna) OMGF doesn’t detect any fonts. Upgrade to OMGF Pro.
Disable Google Fonts OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. This plugin needs to be disabled for OMGF (Pro) to function properly.
Disable & Remove Google Fonts OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. This plugin needs to be disabled for OMGF (Pro) to function properly.
Divi OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Modify the theme’s configuration as listed here.
Embed Google Fonts OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. This plugin needs to be disabled for OMGF (Pro) to function properly.
Enfold OMGF doesn’t detect any fonts. Upgrade to OMGF Pro.
Essential Grid Grid isn’t loading when OMGF Pro is activated. Make sure you’re running Essential Grid v3.0.17 or higher and disable the General Settings > Google Fonts > Wait for Fonts option.
Extra OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Modify the theme’s configuration as listed here.
iThemes Security OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure you’re running OMGF v6 or later.
LiteSpeed Cache OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Set Load Google Fonts Asynchronously to Off in LiteSpeed Cache > Page Optimization > HTML Settings
Kadence OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure Appearance > Customize > Performance > Load Google Fonts locally is disabled.
Multiple Domain Mapping on Single Site OMGF doesn’t replace fonts in frontend on mapped domains. Upgrade to OMGF Pro and enable Developer Mode.
NinjaFirewall OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure you’re running OMGF v5 or later.
Oxygen OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure Disable Google Fonts is disabled under Oxygen > Settings > Bloat Eliminator and flush Oxygen’s CSS cache under Oxygen > Settings > CSS Cache > Regenerate CSS.
PerfMatters OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure you’re running OMGF v5 or later and make sure Disable Google Fonts and Local Google Fonts are disabled under Settings > PerfMatters > Fonts.
PolyLang System Fonts are loaded in frontend. Follow the steps listed here.
SG Optimizer OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure Web Fonts Optimization is disabled in SG Optimizer’s settings.
Revolution Slider OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect the fonts I use in Revolution Slider. Make sure you use the latest version of Revolution Slider. v6.7 and higher have been tested and are fully compatible with both OMGF and OMGF Pro.
Thrive Architect OMGF doesn’t remove external requests. Upgrade to OMGF Pro. Some additional configuration is required as well.
TrustMary Review Widget OMGF doesn’t remove external requests. Go to Edit Widget > Theme > Apply from website, or Upgrade to OMGF Pro and make sure you’re running v4 or higher.
WPML System Fonts are loaded in frontend. Upgrade to OMGF Pro and make sure you’re running v3.10 or higher.
WP Optimize OMGF (Pro) doesn’t remove external requests. Make sure Disable Google Fonts Processing under WP-Optimize > Minify > Fonts.
Borlabs Cookie Banner OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure you’re not blocking Google Fonts in your cookie banner’s configuration and try again.
Real Cookie Banner OMGF (Pro) doesn’t detect any fonts. Make sure you’re not blocking Google Fonts in your cookie banner’s configuration and try again.
